One of our consultant was sent in to get the requirements, work closely with the business user and then design and write calculations and quickly implement an essbase solution and load the data for the client.
This work was delivered in 3 weeks.

Requirement:
Our consultant went in, looked at the requirement and it was to implement forecast on top of existing budgeting solution. The consultant understood the existing solution presented a plan of 45 days which involves weekly targets and thus ensured that the solutions is delivered on time and in parallel stabilized the environment by resolving other issues around planning application.
The environment was stabilized with additional forecasting solution delivered and documented in 4 months.

Requirement: Data integration consultant to come in and understand the requirement and deliver the solution in 4 weeks working with other consultants in the project. Our consultant went in understood the requirements and provided a case to choose FDQM as the data integration product in the Hyperion environment and implemented the integration solution with FDQM in the specified timelines. The build was carried out in 3 weeks. There was another requirement to decommission Hyperion Enterprise, the same consultant provided a case to choose HFM as the product to migrate into and successfully designed, conducted workshops and implemented the migration solution and migrated all the data from Enterprise to HFM. This project was completed with the help of one other resource from client using oracle as the data migration tool to convert data from enterprise format to hfm format using Sql queries. This clearly shows the depth of knowledge DCL has in technology.

Key Responsibilities and Skills Required:
Business Analyst –
• Extensive knowledge of Business Analysis, process mapping and root cause analysis.
•Solid background and experience of drafting business change policies and procedures.
•Experience of managing a team especially within quality assurance.
•Thorough knowledge of Accounting and Law will be added advantage
•Thorough knowledge of identification and implementation of growth programmes..
•Experience of preparing training materials and delivering them effectively.
•Knowledge of financial services regulations along with a consulting background will be an added advantage
•Extensive experience working with Financial Crime, AML will be added advantage
•Strong working knowledge of high risk entities such as SPV’s, Hedge funds and MSB’s.
•Solid background and experience of drafting AML policies and procedures, certification in AML will be preferred.
•Experience in Supply Chain and Logistics will be added advantage.
•Should have worked at strategic level working with key stake holders to improve business services by identifying the problems, reviewing them and proposing solutions
•Project management experience working on tight budget projects considering the magic triangle during execution will be added advantage
